Alan's career
Alan Gordon began his career over 30 years ago at the Royal Air Force School of Physical Training. After studying physiotherapy at the Combined Services Injury and Rehabilitation Centre in Surrey, he continued his studies at Loughborough University. The impressive diversity and high level of Alans qualifications reflects 14 years of training, as well as a total of 36 years working as a professional exercise and nutritional consultant.

He is a highly advanced expert in improving
