Alan's career

Alan Gordon began his career over 30 years ago at the Royal Air Force School of Physical Training. After studying physiotherapy at the Combined Services Injury and Rehabilitation Centre in Surrey, he continued his studies at Loughborough University. The impressive diversity and high level of Alan’s qualifications reflects 14 years of training, as well as a total of 36 years working as a professional exercise and nutritional consultant.

The scope of Alan’s career has been considerable, with his past and present profile including:

He is a highly advanced expert in improving strength, flexibility and tone, along with weight loss and increased self esteem. Some of his clients are over seventy years old, so age, weight, gender, present physical condition including dietary/physical limitations are not an obstacle in attempting to achieve realistic results. His knowledge of Exercise Biomechanics is so advanced, that a gymnasium or health club is totally unnecessary, so everything can be conducted at your home if you so wish.

His qualifications include:

For the last 15 years Alan has maintained continuous academic contact with over 27 international human performance institutes, and as a result, his knowledge and expertise is the very latest available for his clients.

Alan is based in South Hampshire, but sees clients on the Hampshire/Surrey borders, Hampshire/West Sussex borders and Hampshire/Berkshire borders. He also has an active client base in Oxford with whom he continues to work.
